I’m Emma — a movement teacher specialising in helping surfers build a body that’s strong, mobile, and resilient, so they can surf at their best for years to come.
Surfing demands balance, fluidity, and strength — qualities you develop long before you paddle out. I combine the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern insights from physiology and neuroscience to train both body and mind in a way that works with you, not against you.
I see the body as an integrated system where breath, movement, and awareness work together.
This approach not only improves performance in the water, but also creates the right environment for recovery, increases longevity, and deepens your connection to your body.
I guide you to develop sustainable performance, prevent injuries, and cultivate mental clarity — both on the board and in everyday life.
